GOOD SHEPHERD CHURCH HAS RECEIVED REPORT THAT PASTORS YAT MICHAEL AND PETER YEIN REITH HAVE BEEN ARRESTED FOR PREACHING IN SUDAN AND NOW FACE THE DEATH PENALTY [ALLEGED NEWS].
Pastors Yat Michael and Peter Yein Reith were allegedly arrested in December 2014 after Michael and his family returned to Khartoum to seek medical attention.
While in the city, Pastor Michael reportedly delivered a sermon at the local Presbyterian Evangelical Church, whereafter he was arrested.
The charges were sedition and spying.
Pastor Reith spoke out about the arrest of Pastor Michael, and was reportedly arrested.
Their trial is scheduled for today, June 15th 2015.
