The Daily Mass Prayer Wall - Why not Pray?

WHY NOT TAKE A FEW MINUTES OUT OF YOUR DAY and pray at The Daily Mass Prayer Wall. We are all brothers and sisters of God's Family struggling to make our way as best we can from day to day. We all need each other's help, as well as the Grace of Divine Providence. Here is a wonderful way to pray together.
The Daily Mass Prayer Wall is a ministry devoted to prayer. At TheDailyMass.com, Mass is regularly celebrated in the Chapel. Requests to Our Lord as a community are lifted up in the context of Mass. If you have need, why not post your prayer on the wall?
Also, why not take a few moments to pray for someone else, and click 'I Prayed For This'. God is leading a massive renewal of His Church worldwide - let us be a dynamic part of His Movement.

35 Years of Jesus - a Film Showing to Remember

I remember hearing of the desperate people fleeing to South Africa being killed by the lions. I was at school at the time, and the Sisters led us in prayer at our Catechism classes for our brothers and sisters dying horrific deaths, as they fled as refugees. That was so many years ago - none of our brothers and sisters have been forgotten; our only comfort, that they are in the Heaven of Our Lord Jesus Christ after their dreadful torment. Founding Director Paul Eschleman reminded me of those days of desperation - here is the ministry carried on, in the service of Jesus the Saviour, who forgets no-one - least of all the refugees who flee as He did. Stop the Black Mass - Why not sign the Petition? Alleged News

Petition to: Jim Brown, general manager of the Oklahoma City Civic Center music hall

86,223 people have signed. Help us reach 100,000 signatures.
A black mass is a sacrilegious ceremony that is part of demonic worship. It is designed as a mockery of the Catholic Mass, in which Satan is invoked and the Eucharist is desecrated, generally through profane sex acts.
Oklahoma City archbishop Paul Coakley has described the planned black mass as “grievous sacrilege and blasphemy,” “obviously horrendous” and “offensive beyond description.”
The organizer of the event acknowledged that a consecrated Host was stolen to conduct the ritual, and a lawsuit was subsequently filed on behalf of the archdiocese to recover the stolen Host. Although the organizer returned the Host, the black mass has not been cancelled.
In light of the offensive and blasphemous nature of the event, as well as the recognition by its planners that the ritual is based upon the desecration of stolen property, we ask you to sign this petition calling on the Oklahoma City Civic Center to cancel the event as an act of respect towards those whose faith would be grievously assaulted should it be allowed to proceed.

Why not join us in Prayer September 13th, 2014, to mourn Aborted Children

Holy Mass will be offered on Saturday September 13th, 2014 by Good Shepherd Church, mourning aborted children. The Service will be held simultaneously with other prayer services in Observance of the National Day of Remembrance for Aborted Children.

On Saturday, thousands of Pro-Lifers will gather across America at the burial places of aborted children to pray together in their honor. There are 44 such gravesites around America, as well as hundreds of other memorial sites dedicated to the millions of children killed by abortion.

Jesus told us, "Blessed are they who mourn."  Why not pray the Holy Mass, attend Mass or Prayer Service, or come out to a Service near you on Saturday to receive that blessing as we mourn our aborted brothers and sisters.

If you cannot get to a Service, why not spend a few moments in quiet prayer in communion with Good Shepherd Church Mass; or pray the Rosary; or light a memorial candle online at http://www.gratefulness.org/candles/enter.cfm?l=eng
