PRAYER CHAPEL FOR THOSE UNDER SPIRITUAL ATTACK: WHY NOT PRAY?

There is much heavenly assistance for those who find themselves under spiritual attack.

Pray the Rosary
The Most Holy Rosary is a powerful protection against spiritual attack, and agent for conversion. If you wish, pray the Rosary: explanation how to pray this powerful prayer is found below.

Wear the Miraculous Medal, a powerful aid
Please know, too, that the Miraculous Medal has proven powerful to protect against spiritual attack.
The Rue du Bac in Paris is where the then novice, Sr Catherine Laboure, was blessed with the apparitions of Mary Immaculate. Mary, Queen of Heaven, came to visit Catherine and asked her to have a holy medal made, which would give great protection and graces.
As Catherine was shown the design for the medal, she heard a voice say, "Have a medal struck upon this model. All those who wear it, when it is blessed, will receive great graces specially if they wear it round the neck.
Those who repeat this prayer with devotion will be in a special manner under the protection of the Mother of God. Graces will be abundantly bestowed upon those who have confidence." The prayer is "O Mary conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee."

PETITION
TO OUR LADY OF THE MIRACULOUS MEDAL

IN THIS PRAYER CHAPEL, SPEND SOME TIME IN REFLECTION AND PRAYER.
IN YOUR HEART, PLACE YOUR PETITION BEFORE OUR LADY OF THE MIRACULOUS MEDAL.

PRAYER OF CONSECRATION
"O Virgin Mother of God, Mary Immaculate, I dedicate and consecrate myself to you under the title of Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal. May this Medal be a sure sign of your affection for me and a constant reminder of my duties toward you. Ever while wearing it, may I be blessed by your loving protection and preserved in the grace of your Son. O Most Powerful Virgin, Mother of Our Savior, keep me close to you every moment of my life. Obtain for me, your child, the grace of a happy death; so that in union with you, I may enjoy the bliss of Heaven forever. Amen."

Prayer
"O Mary, conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee, and for all who do not have recourse to thee, Amen."

THE ROSARY

THE ROSARY

On the cross the Creed is prayed:
I believe in God, the Father Almighty, Creator of heaven and earth. And in Jesus Christ, His only Son, our Lord, Who was conceived by the power of the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died and was buried. He descended into hell. The third day He rose again from the dead. He ascended into heaven and is seated at the right Hand of God, the Father Almighty. From thence He shall come, to judge the living and the dead. I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy Catholic Church, the Communion of Saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body and the life everlasting. Amen.

On the single beads the Our Father is prayed:
Our Father, Who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy Name;
Thy Kingdom come, Thy Will be done, on earth as It is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.

On the sets of beads, the Hail Mary is prayed:
Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the Fruit of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, mother of God, pray for us sinners now and at the hour of our death. Amen.

At the end of each set of beads, the Glory Be is prayed:
Glory be to the Father and to the Son and to the Holy Spirit, as it was in the beginning, is now and ever shall be, world without end, Amen.

This is followed by the Fatima prayer:
O my Jesus, forgive us our sins, save us from the fires of hell, and lead all souls to heaven, especially those most in need of Thy mercy. Amen.

Many people recite five to fifteen mysteries of the Holy Rosary each day:

The Joyful Mysteries (always recited on Mondays and Thursdays)
1. The Annunciation
2. The Visitation
3. The Nativity
4. The Presentation
5. The finding of the Child Jesus in the Temple

The Sorrowful Mysteries (always recited on Tuesdays and Fridays)
1. The Agony in the Garden
2. The Scourging at the Pillar
3. The Crowning with Thorns
4. The Carrying of the Cross
5. The Crucifixion and Death of Jesus on the Cross

The Glorious Mysteries (always recited on Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays)
1. The Resurrection
2. The Ascension
3. The Descent of the Holy Spirit upon the Apostles at Pentecost
4. The Assumption of Our Lady body and soul into Heaven
5. The Crowning of Our Lady as Queen of Heaven

At the end of the Rosary recite the Hail Holy Queen:
Hail Holy Queen, Mother of mercy, hail our life, our sweetness and our hope. To thee do we cry, poor banished children of Eve. To thee do we send up our sighs, mourning and weeping in this vale of tears. Turn then, most gracious Advocate, thine eyes of mercy towards us, and after this our exile, show unto us the blessed Fruit of thy womb, Jesus.
O clement, O loving, O sweet Virgin Mary, pray for us now, and at the hour of our death. Amen.

Follow the Hail Holy Queen by:
Pray for us O Holy Mother of God
That we may be made worthy of the promises of Christ

LET US PRAY
O God, Who by Thy Life, Death and Resurrection didst purchase for us the rewards of eternal salvation
Grant, we beseech thee, that, while meditating upon these mysteries of the most holy Rosary of the Blessed Virgin Mary
We may both imitate what they contain
And obtain what they promise through the same Christ our Lord
Amen.
