PRAYER
Father, we bring my courtcase to you in Jesus' Name.
We ask You to strengthen me with might by Your Spirit in his inner man, for it is 'not by might, nor by power, but by My Spirit,' says the Lord of hosts.
We ask You to cover me [and my family] with the blood of Jesus, and make a hedge about me, for protection from satan's attacks.
We put on me the whole armour of God, that I may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
May I stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around my waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, and with my feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the Gospel of peace.
In addition to all this, may I take up the shield of faith, with which You can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one and take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God, and the glory of the Lord is his reward.
